I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Everything was just as described — the building is great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were a real bonus. The location is perfect, very walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend this place enough — can’t wait to stay here again!

Very nice place in heart of Wynwood. Love this area everything you need is waking distance. Restaurant and bar is actually a front of building so you can enjoy without even leaving. Only pool is in in building across they are not connect,only downside. Everything else perfect

La propiedad es tal cual se ve en las fotos, el edificio es nuevo y la ubicación es inmejorable. Ubicado en Wynwood, puedes moverte por la zona a pie. Cerca de Midtown y Design District. Lo mejor de todo es la atención del anfitrión. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento y respondió rápidamente a todas las consultas y necesidades. Gracias! Espero volver pronto!

Great stay with Versatile Properties at this apartment in Miami. The location is great as it is right between Wynwood and Midtown. The apartment is great and the hosts were very great to work with. The building has very nice amenities to use (gym, pool etc). I would rent from Versatile Properties again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The unit itself was absolutely great – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and modern, making it feel like a home away from home. The location of the apartment was excellent, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing clear instructions and answering any questions I had promptly. Super great apartment to rent for your stay in Miami, very central location, Wynwood is a really cool area with a lot of art focus and a more edgy feel than brickell yet still super safe. Apartment building, elevator, door is all opened with your phone which is super convenient and I never forget my phone. Everything in the apartment is clean, nice appliances, nice bathroom, amenities are vibes. Building is brand new with an entirely young professional crowd staying there. Host was super helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend, great value with a luxury tint.

Stayed here during our home remodel for a little over three months. The accommodations helped us continue our usual daily routines so that the disruption of not living at our home was minimal. The host always responded in a timely manner whenever we had questions or issues.

Beautiful Apartment!!! Absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable, well equipped, excellent gym. Communication With the Host was very fast, could have been more precise somethings (where excactly find the garbage and what garbade can be thrown away where for example). Otherwise Communication was always helpful and friendly. Would definetely Come back and wish we Could have stayed longer.
