Building Requirements: 1. A copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued ID is required for all guests. 2. For mid-term rentals, a background check is required for all guests. This is conducted by our team in accordance with building requirements and carries a $30 fee per guest. For privacy and security, this can be completed over the phone. 3.
